NOISE MONITORING, COUNTER MAPPING & ASSESSMENT
  • Any sound above permissible exposure limit (set by standards) can lead to unsuitable working conditions, which may affect quality of work by the exposed personnel. Continuous and prolonged exposure may also affect the moral of workmen at worksite.
  • Chronic noise exposure in the workplace can lead to permanent hearing loss. Certain manufacturing operations are more likely to have chronic noise exposure such as sheet metal working, welding, woodworking, food processing, textiles, glass manufacturing, and chemical processing.
  • We conduct noise measurement and assess the subsequent effects on employees.
  • Mandatory compliance checks and plans for less noisy environment creation.
  • Development and implementation of a hearing conservation program (HCP) as per Factories Act, 1948 & Environmental Protection Act, 1986.
  • ‘Noise Induced Hearing Loss’ (NIHL) (exposure to high noise level) related Assessment  and design of control measures, to overcome notifiable occupational disease criteria at site.
